There are plenty of things your students can focus on before making the big leap into the job scene. A lot of it can happen in your studio. Like (1) focusing on ‘motivating’ the moves they’re taught in class (2) improving their ability to pick up quickly (3)reaching performance levels within three tries (4) exposing them to dance styles that are trending high in today’s job market and (5) the business decisions that dancers need to make.
