Disney Parks Live Entertainment is seeking male and female dancers of all ethnicities to perform at the Walt Disney World® Resort during the 2019 Holiday Season.

We are casting dancers for Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, a show performed at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this holiday season.

Mickey and his friends throw a Christmas party on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage, in a celebration full of music, dancing, and friends.

Full of classic holiday songs as well as new favorites, “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” features a variety of characters, vocalists, and dancers, coming together for the most wonderful time of the year.

We are also casting dancers for Totally Tomorrowland Christmas!, a high-energy, interactive musical revue, featuring songs of the season with a futuristic twist!

Male and Female Dancers: Auditions begin at 10AM. Sign-in 9AM - 10AM.
Late arrivals will not be accepted. End time is TBD

SINGERS WHO DANCE

Casting dancers who sing for Kiss Me, Kate. Seeking: Fred Graham: [CAST] 30-50, strong baritone. Actor, director, producer of play within the play The Shrew and plays Petruchio, has lion’s share of Shakespearean dialogue. Lilli’s ex-husband.

Lilli Vanessi: 30-50, strong mezzo soprano. Actress of stage and screen, proud, haughty, much like her character Katherine in The Shrew, but also vulnerable. Ex- wife of Fred and engaged to Harrison Howell.

Lois Lane: [CAST] 20-30, strong mezzo belter. She's an actress, quintessential airhead ingénue but has charisma and charm. Also plays Bianca in The Shrew.

Bill Calhoun: [CAST] 20-30, strong tenor or baritenor. He has a bit of a gambling problem. Broadway hoofer, should move well. Also plays Lucentio in The Shrew: Harrison Owell 40-50, Dignified gentleman from Georgia, very political, sometimes played as a general or retired general.

Gangsters: First Man (Gangster) Second Man (Gangster) 30-50+ comic baritone or tenor. They are the archetypical gangsters complete with accent. Does some soft shoe in “Brush Up Your Shakespeare” so should move well. Also appears in The Shrew (unexpectedly)

Harry Trevor: 50+, sings in ensemble. An actor who appears mostly in The Shrew as Katherine and Bianca’s father, Baptista. He has mainly Shakespearean dialogue.

Hattie: Any age, good voice. She is Lilli’s dresser and sings ”Another Op’nin’, Another Show" and sings in “Too Darn Hot”. Opens the show, so should have a good voice and charisma.

Paul: Any age, tenor or baritenor. He is Fred’s dresser and is featured singer/dancer in “Too Darn Hot” so he should sing and move well.

Ralph: Any age, Is the stage manager of The Shrew sings in the ensemble in “Too Darn Hot” and “Another Op’nin’, Another Show”.

Ensemble: Strong Singers, Dancers & Actors. To play stage crew, actors, wardrobe, etc, who sing in ensemble, both in modern day and in The Shrew. Any age, tenor or baritenor. Strong dancers, who appear in The Shrew. They will also sing in the ensemble of both The Shrew and in Too Darn Hot.

ECC Procedures are in effect for this audition. An Equity Monitor will be provided. Dance appropriate attire. Bring a photo/resume stapled together. Choreography by Sylvie Gosse.
